​I get a lot of feelings in my solar plexus - maybe you do too?
I believe most strongly in the things that I have experienced for myself and encourage others to do the same. I want to say that if something feels right then it's true but if there's doubt then it's not but there's a process in understanding how to properly judge that and, of course, what to do about it!
What is your experience?
I first realised I was psychically sensitive when I was about 18 when I started to get some messages when meditating. More than thirty years have passed since that and in that time I have allowed this skill to develop organically. I have attended all kinds of workshops and courses from chakra healing to psychic development but have mostly just learned to trust my own intuition as that is where the simplest messages and insights are.

I have been doing readings for about 25 years alongside my teaching career - in people's homes, over the phone and online. When I started, the cards were the key part but now are more of an additional tool and most of the reading comes via me from your guides or mine. I am also a reiki healer and can send distance healing.

What is the cost and cancellation policy?
The total cost of the reading, healing and crystal/notes sent to you after the reading is £33. When you book, you will pay a £10 non-refundable deposit. The remaining £23 must be paid at least 24 hours before the reading. Having these terms enables me to keep the admin side of things separate from the reading itself.
What is the format of the reading?
I work via a series of voice notes and typed messages which has the advantage of you being able to look back over it later. You can ask specific questions like 'how can I deal with a toxic relative?' but there is also likely to be some messages that neither of us asks for.
Think of me as a channel for your deceased love ones or spiritual guides to communicate - my job is to give them to you and help you interpret them and look for a positive way forward.

The reading lasts an hour and, while I am doing it, I will be holding a small crystal that I will then send to you with a couple of reminders from the reading.​​​​​​​​​​

What if I don't like what you say or don't understand the messages?
Sometimes messages take time to fully click and that's one reason why I advise people to write a few notes down. I’ll do my best to translate what comes through in a way that feels supportive and understandable and we can unpack anything that feels confusing or confronting.
What should I do before and after the reading?
The reading will go more smoothly and be most enlightening if we are both calm and ready to listen to what messages come through. I will spend about 5 minutes meditating to get into the right mindset and I suggest you sit quietly and try and empty your mind of 'normal life stuff'. Think of it as an hour of private, uninterrupted guidance and personal insight. Write a few words to remind you of things you might want to ask and have a notebook and a couple of pens (in case one runs out!) to note down things you want to remember.
Afterwards, you might feel reflective and a few emotions might surface. This is really normal and you can just let it happen, ensuring you take care of yourself with rest and peace. It's best not to have a reading just before you need to do something mentally taxing.
